We are seeking 10 experienced residential Handyman / Maintenance workers in the Tri Valley area that are hard working, willing to go the extra mile and provide quality service to our Property Management Clients.
Pay ranges from $25.00 - $30.00 depending on experience and reference checks. Must pass 7 year background check. Within 30 days of employment you must complete CA Sexual Harassment training course.
If you do not obtain a Maintenance Fair Housing Act Certificate of completion we offer a free training course through our agency.

Job Description :
The maintenance technician is responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community by assessing and repairing the property as requested.
Maintenance Technicians are also expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools and comply with all OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- At least 6 months experience working in Building Maintenance / Handyman for residential or commercial properties is required.
- Completion of the CA. Fair Housing Act Maintenance course with certificate of completion is required or it can be obtained through our agency prior to placement.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Pay rate D.O.E. and reference checks

- Electrical systems (minor)
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Appliance installation / repair
- Flooring / Carpentry (minor)
- Landscape maintenance
- HVAC (minor)
- Excellent customer service
