Pay : $80-$175K a year

service plumber Responsibilities
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team members.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into a company vehicle
- Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
- Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
- Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
- Carry out readings on machines with a full understanding of the implications of such readings
- Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Must have an honest and dependable personality
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a good record of driving
- Ability to pass a background and drug check
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work on weekends, at night, and to work overtime
- Tradesman TSBPE License
Schedule : Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
