Job Description : Join our vibrant team in Cleburne, TX, as a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).

This rewarding position involves working closely with students in a school setting, implementing speech therapy programs designed to help them overe munication challenges.

The role is suited for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through dedicated support and innovative therapy solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
  • Implement and manage effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to incorporate speech therapy into overall student development plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt therapy strategies as required.

Qualifications :

  • For SLP : Must hold a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Texas state license, and ASHA CCC.
  • For SLPA : Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, with appropriate state certification / licensure.
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent munication skills and a strong desire to contribute positively to a team.
