Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Implement and manage effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to incorporate speech therapy into overall student development plans.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt therapy strategies as required.
Qualifications :
- For SLP : Must hold a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Texas state license, and ASHA CCC.
- For SLPA : Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, with appropriate state certification / licensure.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly advantageous.
- Excellent munication skills and a strong desire to contribute positively to a team.
