Our remote teams work on custom software, solving some of the most challenging engineering problems for our clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute in the areas of architecture, design, and hands-on development.

• Strategize. Analyze and document customer needs and translate them into robust technical designs
• Collaborate. Join a close-knit team of skilled engineers working together to develop and execute creative solutions to complex problems
• Create. Apply your technical knowledge implementing critical new features to enhance industry-leading, enterprise-scale products
• Exemplify. Set, meet, and beat standards for quality and performance and ship production code you can be proud of
• Deliver. Take control of the development process from start to finish, implementing, building, verifying, and deploying software at will
• Lead. Effect positive change in your team and beyond, leveraging Agile methodologies to iterate and refine processes as a member of a self-directing team

Skills Required :

Analysis / Design - Strong understanding and appreciation for object-oriented analysis and design

• Strong proficiency with Java, JUnit, and SpringBoot
• Experience with Integrated Development Environment (IntelliJ, VSCode, Eclipse, etc.); Version Control (Git, etc.); Build Tools (Gradle, Maven, Ant, etc.)
• Code review processes and static analysis tools
• Continuous delivery tools : XLR / XLD, Jenkins, etc.
• Microservices experience and technologies - OpenShift, Docker
