We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Flooring Store Manager to lead our team and drive success in our retail showroom in Lakeland.
Job Description : As the Retail Flooring Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail showroom operations.
Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while driving sales and achieving business objectives.
Your duties will include :
- Managing day-to-day operations of the retail showroom, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering expert advice, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Training, coaching, and motivating sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of flooring products and materials, as well as installation processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
