Job Description : As an Art Director you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our pitch work. You will collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to develop and execute visually stunning concepts that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
This role demands a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creative direction for pitch work, ensuring concepts are innovative, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop compelling visual content and presentations.
- Create and refine visual assets, including mood boards, mock-ups, and final pitch decks.
- Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to drive creative excellence.
- Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and pitch work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
