A full-service boutique firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment defense litigation cases.
We offer flexible working arrangements, with options for a hybrid (two days in the office). Ideal candidates should be adept at managing a diverse caseload and demonstrate excellence in client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in CA.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a strong preference for experience in Labor and employment defense litigation, including discrimination, wrongful term, PAGA, and class action experience.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
