Assistant General Manager - Fast Casual Concept
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join their fast-casual restaurant concept.

Job Title : Assistant General Manager
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences
- Oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Monitor and achieve financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement plans for business growth
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager, with experience in fast-casual concepts preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with restaurant technologies including POS systems and scheduling software
