Description
e-TeleQuote Insurance is seeking an experienced and transformational human resources leader to provide expertise, leadership, and direction for a talented team of HR director, senior managers and business partners that support our high-performance, sales-driven culture.
This position will support as a hands-on HR business partner and will concurrently manage escalated HR activity across his or her team's multiple local and national regions.

We're entering the year with a strong base of hundreds of licensed insurance sales agents, recruitment strategies to onboard hundreds more, and a cross-functional support network to support advanced operational and corporate activities.
With such high growth, we are thoughtfully advancing our HR support structure to meet the diverse and sophisticated needs of our global employee population.
Responsibilities :
- Key architect of HR best practices in workforce retention, compliance, analysis and engagement
- Ambassador of our high-performance, high-reward culture to drive quality candidate attraction and employee retention
- Supports launch and adoption of performance management experience across company
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Training to ensure prospective agents and corporate employees are properly onboarded and well supported during their journey
- Conduct stay and exits interviews to understand the employee view of the company
- Oversees a team of regionally dispersed HR business partners and HR specialists
- Proactively mitigates or addresses escalated employee issues
- Provides sound guidance on business implications beyond the traditional human resources' focus of procedures and policies
- Collaborate with benefits team on ways to "surprise and delight" employee population, including unique and competitive perks that speak to the e-TeleQuote culture
- Remodel manual tasks to become more systematic, ensuring direct reports are enabled to provide increasing value to the company
- Partner with offshore Workforce Optimization and payroll teams to ensure time-off requests and payroll issues are handled efficiently and seamlessly
- Maintain employee files / record in Paylocity and ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment for each employee location, and benefits laws and regulations
- Provide fresh, creative recommendations to senior leadership on ways to advance our company's goals to be the industry leader in senior health and an employer of choice

Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in human resources, management, psychology or related people discipline a plus
- Master's degree a plus
- 10+ years' experience in a professional HR capacity
- 7+ years in an HR leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations concerning employment applications, interviews, and employer compliance
- Experience managing global or multi-site HR teams

Physical Requirements :
- This is currently a remote position; however, some travel may be required.
- Ability to lift or move office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds
