Key Responsibilities :

• Process new insurance cases and ensure compliance with licensing and commission guidelines.
• Perform detailed data entry impacting agent commissions; accuracy is critical.
• Review agent licensing paperwork.
• Maintain and update agent records and commission agreements.
• Follow up on incomplete documentation and process commission payments.
• Handle multiple email-based requests and respond professionally.
• Make 12–15 outbound calls daily (max); no direct customer contact.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr.
