Hospital Coordinator, Physician Liaison

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Hospital Coordinator / Physician Liaison.

In this key full-time position, you will play a crucial role managing various administrative tasks within the hospital-based practice and assisting with physician, guarantor, and hospital communication and problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the overall patient experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians (hospital and office based), and the hospital staff.
• Attend and actively participate in leadership meetings.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding billing and coding matters.
• Build strong relationships with hospital personnel.
• Handle preparation of medical billing documents for our services.
• Work location will be 2 days a week from West Boca Medical Center and 3 days a week from Bethesda Hospital

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory / manager level healthcare position
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Bilingual skills required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Acute attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff
