Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a warehouse associate!

Salary :

$19.00 $21.00 per hour

Requirements :

• Warehouse Experience : The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in a warehouse environment, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Forklift Experience : The candidate must have a valid forklift operator certification and be proficient in operating sit-down type of forklift.
• Good Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and vendors.
• English Proficiency : Fluency in English is required, as the candidate will need to communicate with English-speaking team members, vendors, and customers.
• WMS Experience : The candidate should have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and be proficient in using software and technology to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Basic Computer Skills : Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), is necessary for this role.
• Shipping and Receiving Experience : The candidate must have hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations, including knowledge of packing methods, shipping documentation, and freight carriers.

Responsibilities :

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including but not limited to :

• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, packing, and documentation.
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage and loss.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Utilizing WMS to manage inventory, generate reports, and optimize warehouse processes.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
