Are you driven by a passion for data protection and security communications? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic professional to lead our Information Security Training and Awareness Program within our vibrant Information Risk Management (IRM) group.
Reporting directly to the Deputy CISO, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that elevate our security culture across the organization.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and implement engaging awareness programs that create measurable improvements in employee behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service Desk, HR Learning, Privacy, and Compliance to align training with key risk activities.
- Monitor emerging security events and swiftly communicate relevant insights to stakeholders.
- Launch targeted awareness campaigns, such as cybersecurity initiatives and phishing simulations.
- Leverage your creativity to produce training materials across various platforms, from in-person workshops to online courses.
Who You Are :
- You bring 5+ years of Information Security experience , with at least 3 years dedicated to Security Awareness .
- You excel at translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to embrace the latest technologies, including cloud services.
- Preferred qualifications include a certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or similar).
