Laminator Operator - Elk Grove Village, IL
$25 - $30 / Hour

Responsibilities :
The Laminator Operator is responsible for the overall operation of the Laminator :
- Set up and monitor the machine process to assure quality product
- Monitors Laminating Machine variables to maintain proper machine conditions
- Maintain cleanliness of machines / equipment
- Ensure productivity goals are met for department / machine by monitoring run speeds, set up times and coordination of support departments
- Troubleshoot and correct problems
- Report quality issues or mechanical problems immediately to manager
- Accurate and timely production reporting
- Training new associates
- Comply with all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Previous machine operating experience is required
- Previous lamination experience
- Have good attendance and punctuality
- Team player that works well with others and takes time to help co-workers to achieve department goals and assignments
- Ability to lift and push / pull 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand prolonged periods
- Basic computer skill
- Ability to work overtime when required
