Senior Business Analyst - Process SME
Senior Business Analyst - 100% Remote - Newly Created Role for an very large / impactful project.
Our client, a highly respected industry leader, is gearing up for a system overhaul for Finance, HR and other departments.
We need a non-technical Senior BA who would be instrumental in defining the phases of this transformation and act as a change agent.
You will be responsible for documenting current processes, identifying pain points and gaps, and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders to define the requirements for the future state.
The idea candidate has broad experience across Human Capital Management, Finance and Financial Reporting, Customer Relationship Management, Tax and Legal, and Data.
To be successful in this role, you should have :
- At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst, mapping processes in Finance, HR, CRM, Data Analysis etc.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and decomposition techniques, using tools such as Visio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and drive consensus and buy-in
- Experience with process improvement, change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to handle resistance and ambiguity
- Familiarity with different enterprise scale systems and platforms, and their capabilities and limitations
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
- This is a remote role, and you can work from anywhere in the US. However, you may need to travel occasionally to meet with the project team or other offices, this is not yet confirmed and there may be no travel at all.
The salary range for this role is $130K-$150K, depending on your qualifications and experience.
