What We're Looking For :

• Experience : 7+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing ag equipment
• Driving Record : A clean driving record is a must
• Preferred Background : Experience with John Deere, New Holland, CASE IH, or heavy construction equipment
• Skills : Strong communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do :

• Maintenance and Repairs : Diagnose and repair all types of ag equipment, including combines, swathers, and tractors
• Component Rebuilds : Perform engine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valve and pump repairs, and transmission repairs
• Inspections : Conduct machine inspections and maintain accurate records
• Mentorship : Mentor and train other technicians and apprentices
• Safety and Standards : Ensure all work meets company and customer safety standards

Qualifications :

• CDL Preferred but not required
• High School diploma or GED
• Vocational or technical degree, or equivalent work experience or training
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-reliant & proactive, with minimal supervision required
