Ideal Candidate :

• A friendly, motivated individual with a strong sales mindset and a passion for helping others.Proven sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment, where building relationships was key.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire confidence in patients.
• Previous dental experience is a plus, but we’re excited to train the right candidate!
• Honesty, punctuality, and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Taking initial records and prepping patients for exams.
• Collaborating with the doctor to develop and explain treatment plans.
• Promoting and signing up new patients for treatment this is where your sales skills shine!
• Following up with patients to encourage treatment starts and address any concerns.
• Assisting with phone inquiries and scheduling consultations.
• Managing patient paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensuring an excellent patient experience at every visit.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours : 36 per week

Dr Steve" graduated from the University of Utah Magna Cum Laude in Biology and Chemistry, from Virginia Commonwealth University for his doctorate in dentistry and from the University of Colorado at Denver with his Masters degree in Oral Biology and certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

Dr Steve is proud of his current team and is dedicated to creating an ideal work environment for staff, which transfers to places patients want to be.

Currently there are two offices in Washington : Lakewood and Federal Way. Plans to expand to additional locations are certain as Comfort Dental grows within this state.
