Make up to $24.50 / hr with our C.N.A. Tenure program!
Must Have the Following :
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history
- Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccination
DUTIES :
- Assist our residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to showers and grooming, patient safety.
- Document all patient care in the POC
- Always promote the highest level of customer experience when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers
- Provide a clean, safe, non-hazardous unit for the residents.
- Maintain all program policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
- Be flexible to meet the change in residents’ needs. We need to adapt to their needs rather than expecting them to adapt to our needs.
- Provide emotional, caring support to residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
