Location : Wausau, WI
OPPORTUNITY :
- Join a well-respected and growing Palliative Care team
- Primarily outpatient with the ability to pick up inpatient
- Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm
- 5-day work week with scheduling flexibility
- 5 patients per day, ages 18+
- No call
- Multidisciplinary team concept with social worker, chaplain, and palliative certified RN
- Enjoy working with a well-established team
