Senior Electrical Engineer

Seeking excellent electrical engineers, junior (minimum 4 years) to senior to join our growing development team for bi-direction EV charging systems, energy management and storage.

Job Overview

We are developing the next generation power electronics for our newest products. As a Power Electronics Engineer at Gravity you will work with the founding team of engineers with deep experience developing energy products for electric vehicles and charging systems.

• Work directly with engineering teams to design, build, test, launch, and support new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Manage all facets of the product lifecycle - from conception to launch to production.
• Assist with UL certification process.
• Work with an engineering organization that may extend beyond the U.S. shores.
• Develop systems and procedures during the prototype process with intent to hand the project over to supply chain and manufacturing teams internationally.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience in Power Electronics experience in EV’s or DC Fast Charging systems a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in EE
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Self-motivated with ability to own and drive projects, and work autonomously.
• Ability to thrive in fast-pace environment with low oversight but high expectations.

Compensation

Gravity offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills, expertise, and contribution to the success of our company.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $140,000 - $220,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation.
