Are you a Service Technician, looking for a field-based role within a long-standing, global business where you can dramatically boost your earnings through lots of paid overtime?
On offer is a highly varied position, where you will be travelling to customer sites US wide and playing a key role in the installation, commissioning, and repairs of bespoke electrical and mechanical equipment, utilizing and broadening your skillset.
This company works within the food processing industry and has a large customer base, offering a wide range of services. They have a strong reputation within their industry and due to their ongoing success, they are expanding and are now looking for an additional Field Service Technician to join their team.
This role would suit someone looking to join a stable company, with lots of paid overtime opportunities and US wide travel.
Role :
- Installing, commissioning, and repairing electrical and mechanical industrial equipment
- Travelling to new and existing customer sites throughout the USA
- Onsite troubleshooting, or via telephone
- Conducting onsite customer training for equipment where required
- Lots of overtime available
The Person :
- 5+ years' experience with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Knowledge of plumbing and hydraulic systems
- Able to use hand and power tools, and use a multimeter
- Able to read electrical schematics and installation drawings
- Any experience with combustion or plant engineering would be highly advantageous
