Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a SNF Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA in Salinas, CA for a 13 - week assignment with the opportunity to extend.
The ideal Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA will have a minimum of 1 year experience. Experienced and new grad Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants COTAs are encouraged to apply.
This can be a travel or a local assignment for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA.
Responsibilities of a SNF Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA : Implements and executes an established patient treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional association Supports and participates in department operations and development Reports any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basis 35 hours guaranteed 13 week assignment Submit all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
