Provisions :
- Full-time work year-round with a stable and growing remodeling company
- Competitive wages based on experience and skills in a range of $63,000 to $96,000
- Good benefits package
- Vehicle provided; tool allowance
Educational / Professional Experience :
- Minimum : High School degree
- Several years work experience in the construction field
- Experience at working with trade partners (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile, and flooring)
- Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
Skills :
- General construction trades skills, emphasis on kitchen and bath remodeling skills
- Exceptional customer relations skills
- Effective communication skills
- Effective time management skills and prioritize by highly profitable actions
- Effective and creative use of problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Clean vehicle driving record with no recent DUI violations
