With our extended family members, we like to engage with activities.
Reports all changes in our extended family members' condition to the supervisor as soon as possible.
Assures that our extended family members are positioned appropriately for meals and serves meal preparation as well as assists with feeding as needed per individual plan of care.
Completes all required documentation prior to the end of shift.
