Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate : 12 / 9 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2177.14 - $2508.45
PT - outpatient needed asapThe shift that we are currently seeking is Mon Fri 9 -530 Our clinic sees a wide range of patients.
Someone with pediatric experience would be nice however not a requirement.IL lic required2 years experienceBLSEMR : EPicCurrently on staff we have 2 PTs, 3 PTAs and an ATC.
Our typical volume at our clinic would be 8-10 patients per clinician. We have 45 minute appointments for our patients.EPIC

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
