This role offers growth potential for those interested in expanding their HR skills. Key Responsibilities : Payroll Processing : Process bi-weekly / monthly payroll for employees, including salary, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
Data Entry : Accurately enter employee data, hours worked, and other relevant information into payroll software.Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, such as tax laws and labor laws.Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
Audits and Reporting : Participate in audits, generate reports, and analyze payroll data.Provide backup support for HR-related tasks.
Facilitates new hire onboarding, as needed.Temporary, permanent and terminated filing weekly.Handles Tow Motor and Pallet Jack logs.
Other duties as assigned Requirements : 2+ years of payroll experience.Knowledge of payroll regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA).
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., UKG, Kronos, ADP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred Qualifications : HR experienceFamiliarity with HRIS systems.
