Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager for our Blomfield Hills location.
Responsibilities :
- Introduce guide and direct all sales and marketing efforts withinthe community.
- Interface with all prospective residents and / or family members andturn those inquiries into residents of the community.
- Prequalifies prospective residents.
- Responds to all customer requests for information.
- Assists with developing and executing external business andcommunity relations marketing plan.
- Researches and maintains ongoing knowledge and reporting of localmarket competitors.
- Interacts with all inquiries, whether provided throughadvertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact and turns inquiries into residents of the community throughprofessional selling skills.
- Keeps accurate records on all inquiries and potential residents inthe CRM database.
- Proficient in problem solving and overcoming objectives.
- Assists, organizes, and plans all internal and external Sales andMarketing events to promote the community.
- Collaborates with all other departments within the community topromote and maintain census development.
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing / PublicRelations / Communications or related field.
- 3 to 5 years proven successful Sales experience, CommunityRelations Marketing within a Senior Living Community preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
