Occupational Therapist - OT - PACE Program

Requirements to Apply :
- Bilingual : English & Cantonese, and / or Mandarin (Required)
- Education / Degrees : Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program
- Licenses / Certifications : Licensed in the state of California through California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) Required;
NBCOT Certification Preferred; Advanced Practice or Certifications Desirable
- Years of experience : Must have 3 years minimum clinical practice in Adult Physical Disability, with experience working with geriatric population required; 5 years preferred
- Must have a California driver’s license
Under the administrative direction and supervision of the Center / Program Manager and the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy Program Specialist, the Occupational Therapist provides treatment & / or interventions and oversees the OT Functional Maintenance Program to PACE participants.
Schedule : Monday Friday; 40 hours a week
Times : 8 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM
Location : San Francisco, CA 94109
Pay rate : $53.55 to $59.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Provides Occupational Therapy treatment & interventions to PACE participants
- Provides training, guidance, and supervision to Rehabilitation Aides and participant / family member in carrying out the Functional Maintenance Program
- Participates actively in the interdisciplinary team by offering clinical expertise in team planning, problem solving, and processes
- Fulfills all administrative requirements, including but not limited to center-based supervision of rehabilitation department in collaboration with PT, attendance at team & staff meetings, and recording & tracking of OT rehabilitation equipment
- Other related job duties as assigned
