Sales Manager, Location Services Atlanta, GA

Job Summary :

Quixote by Sunset Studios is one of the largest companies in TV and Film physical production with operations in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Albuquerque.

In Atlanta, Quixote is the #1 provider of Location Services to the film and TV market, and also provides production supplies and transportation equipment.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to be responsible for all Location Services sales initiatives and sales development for the state of Georgia.

This role will have full responsibility for revenue for Location Services in the Georgia market, will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships for Location Services, and will maintain information about industry and competitor trends that will help them identify new services and opportunities.

This candidate will report to the Vice President of Sales, Southeast, and will demonstrate strong communication skills while meeting sales and performance goals.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain constant relationships with existing Location Services clients while actively searching for new contacts.
• Work autonomously to negotiate sales quoting and contracts with outreach to the VP of Sales for support as needed.
• Maintain an active database of clients and sales tracking metrics.
• Communicate effectively to the Vice President of Sales, Sales Team / Rental Agents and Operations teams.
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the Vice President of Sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Actively research the market, understand which productions are shooting in Atlanta, and identify industry trends and new opportunities.
• Utilize and manage Salesforce, Prod Pro and any other sales platforms.
• Identify potential new markets in Georgia for sales developments.
• Partner with colleagues in operations to ensure that the quality of equipment and service is best-in-class.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients while maintaining positive communication.
• Promote all services while working with a client and pass along the contacts of other sales departments within the company.
• Work closely with other key departments, such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• All other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales and the Senior Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Need :

• 5+ years’ experience in the Atlanta Film / TV market specifically with location services experience
• 5+ years’ experience in sales
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with any rental software, MS Office Suite, Salesforce

Compensation :

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education / training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment.

In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
