We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Agency. This role is ideal for those looking to transition from a hospital or clinic environment, or for those who are retired or nearing retirement and seeking a fulfilling opportunity.

Responsibilities :
- Assist with the start-up of the home health agency, including setting policies and procedures.
- Hire, train, and manage health professionals.
- Oversee service delivery and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and trust with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate client records and report any changes in condition promptly.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate responsible and professional behavior.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
