Role Overview This role isn’t about hitting quotas or chasing numbers. Instead, it’s about understanding how our sales and client success processes interact with other areas of the business, identifying ways to improve, and ensuring our clients receive consistent value.

You’ll lead a team that focuses on building trust-based, lasting relationships with our clients, while constantly refining how we operate.

Key Responsibilities Lead and improve sales and client success processes, focusing on long-term client relationships and operational excellence.

Collaborate with teams across the company to streamline workflows, ensuring our systems support a smooth and consistent experience for clients.

Analyze patterns in client interactions, working to address root causes rather than surface-level issues. Mentor and coach your team to foster continuous learning and a culture of improvement.

Build internal and external relationships founded on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of needs. What We’re Looking For A strong ability (or willingness to learn) to see how different parts of a business work together and affect each other.

Experience managing sales or client success with a focus on improving processes and delivering sustainable, long-term value.

Leadership skills that help teams grow, learn, and collaborate effectively. A commitment to quality, with an understanding that great relationships are built through consistency and trust not just quick wins.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in sales and / or client success, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a software or tech company.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and client success strategies in a small company environment.

Strong understanding of the software industry and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.

The salary range is broad given we're recruiting across the country and considering various levels of experience. A personalized salary survey would be completed, if advancing to future interview steps to ensure the range is competitive.
