About The Position

Job Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Experience in outpatient PT

Description :

All therapy and rehabilitation traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks in advance to allow time for credentialing and onboarding requirements.

Travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the credentialing team.

Human Resources will reach out directly to travelers throughout the onboarding process to collect necessary documentation.

Failure to complete required documentation in a timely manner may result in a delayed start date.

Required documentation must be submitted within 1 week of signing, including DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and at least 3 references (2 peers and 1 department chair).

Work will be performed in an outpatient setting.

Candidates should have experience in a variety of physical therapy skills.

Certifications and licensing must be validated prior to commencement.

Travelers should expect to float between different areas as needed.

Candidates will need to be prepared to complete compliance requirements promptly to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
