POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Corporate Communications & Experience team, the Community Relations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen Community First Health Plans’ relationships with employees, providers, community partners, and the public. This role oversees employee engagement initiatives, provider and employee training programs, sponsorship opportunities, and public relations efforts to enhance Community First’s visibility and impact within the community and its stakeholders
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, business, or related field is required. Current Texas driver’s license is required. Seven or more years of experience in community relations, public relations, or marketing preferred. Experience in program development preferred
