Description of the role :
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at HR Employer Solutions Group, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes.
You will work closely with patients to assist with daily activities, promote a safe and comfortable environment, and support their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Administer medications, if necessary, under supervision
Requirements :
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Previous experience in home healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel to client's homes
