Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist
Performance Rehab is looking for a Certified Hand Therapist, but willing to mentor a new grad. It is an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced therapists and hand surgeons.
We are a well-established, therapist owned, growing group of outpatient Physical / Occupational Therapy private practice clinics serving Kansas City.
We are partnered with Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute offering the ability to work with hand surgeons to provide excellence in one on one orthopedic care.
We offer continuing education and a complement of fellow hand therapists to utilize as resources and for mentoring. Hand therapy certification is preferred but willing to consider a therapist on the path to obtain their certification.
This position offers the ability to grow into a full time position.

Required Qualifications :
- Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
