job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUpload, verify, and adjust CNC programs for optimal performance Configure tooling, offsets, and perform minor program edits as needed Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances Read and interpret blueprints to document and verify measurements Maintain machines through routine care and troubleshooting Handle materials within the shop using forklifts and other equipment Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards A willing to work 2nd shift. High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training preferred Basic experience operating and programming CNC or manual machinery (lathes, grinders, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to read / interpret blueprints Familiarity with shop math (fractions / decimals) and material properties Competence with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) Knowledge of part holding, deburring, and general machining practices Safety-conscious and team-oriented Cigna medical, dental & VSP vision Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts (with company contributions) 401K Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays $200 annual safety shoe reimbursement & prescription safety glasses program Voluntary Supplemental & Company-Paid Life Insurance Paid training and development opportunities Employee referral program
