Experience (preferred or required) :

  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
  • Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
  • Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win / win solution for both parties
  • Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Position Requirements and Skills :

  • Must have business and / or sales experience (with a proven track record)

  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies

  • Someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur and takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and / or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
  • Must possess problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules / deadlines
  • Must be dependable and safety oriented
  • Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
  • Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • A role up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross functional tasks and assignments
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
  • Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass criminal background check
