We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be tasked with providing administrative support to the CEO, leadership team, and board of directors.
This role is a short term contract employment opportunity where the primary duties encompass scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing daily calendars.
Responsibilities include :
- Organizing and managing daily schedules for the CEO, leadership team, and board of directors
- Handling logistics for board meetings and ensuring all arrangements are in place
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including setting up conference calls
- Managing travel arrangements for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring a seamless process
- Maintaining accurate records of all correspondence
- Utilizing MS Office Suite for various administrative tasks
- Operating BoardEffect or similar board management systems, if applicable
- Handling project management duties to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Assisting in the processing of customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
- Skilled in using Cisco Webex Meetings for online collaboration
- Capable of managing expenses via Concur
- Familiarity with CRM systems for customer relationship management
- Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for employee time tracking
- Knowledge of About Time for project management
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in setting up and managing conference calls
- Experience in drafting and managing professional correspondence.
