DISPATCHER/BACKUP CSR
Mr. Rooter DFW Plumbing is looking for a full time dispatcher / backup CSR to join our team. The position requires a person who is comfortable multi-tasking during busy times, able to work well with technicians of all personalities, and is detailed oriented.
We're a small, laid back, but very hard working office that is looking for a team player, able to work in a sometimes chaotic environment, but takes initiative when times are slow.
Experience in customer service is a MUST as our customers are our first priority, familiarity with Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) a plus.
Must be able to work 40 hours Wednesday afternoon through closing Saturday
