Position Overview :
Our client, a prominent medical association focused on advancing cardiovascular care, is seeking three temporary Member Care Assistants to join their dedicated Membership team for a two-month assignment.
This role is essential in managing the increased volume of member support inquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
The successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining service levels and enhancing member satisfaction. The role would start immediately with an end date of December 20, 2024.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including responding to emails, managing return mail, answering phones, and engaging in live chat support to the association’s members.
- Provide clear and effective communication to resolve member inquiries and issues promptly.
- Organize and manage multiple tasks while prioritizing in a fast-paced environment to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing demands as needed.
Ideal Candidate :
- The ideal candidates are quick learners who are team-oriented and customer-focused.
- They should be adaptable, agile, and able to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Candidates should not be intimidated by high workloads and should be motivated by contributing positively to the team dynamic.
- Preferably in the DMV area.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills for effective member interaction.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
- Proficiency in using email and chat platforms.
- A customer service orientation with a focus on prompt issue resolution.
- Experience in customer service, strong administrative skills, and technical proficiency (Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Salary : $20-22 / hr
