79 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesLicensed Practical Nurse ResponsibilitiesLPN to work in primary care settings with ages 18 months and olderProvide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection ( STI ) Prevention and safer sex practices.

Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection servicesAssess patients during intakeTake vital signsPerform diagnostic tests such as EKG , Retinopathy screeningPerform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.

Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experienceHelp meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activitiesLicensed Practical Nurse RequirementsLicensed LPNPrevious experience administering immunizations and injections and providing evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.

Ability to take vital signsBasic Life Support ( BLS ) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator ( AED ).

Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
