Hydraulic Outside Sales Rep - Novi, MI
Our client is seeking a candidate for a Hydraulic Outside Sales Rep position. Work for a dynamic company that supplies hydraulic pumps, motors and valves focusing on quality, service and commitment.
Highly competitive compensation package offered plus bonuses. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Position is accountable for building customer loyalty and increase sales by providing Company customers with exceptional service and support on a consistent basis
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Develop new business relationships through cold calls and emails
- Provide pricing and availability quotes to customers and follow-up on quotes as well
- Process customer orders and assist with shipping carriers and options for delivery
- Respond to customer’s requests in regard to shipping and order related information
- Process RMA’s for customer order returns
- Provide technical support to customers
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years Customer Service / Outside Sales experience
- Knowledge of promoting and selling a Company's products
- Thorough understanding of customer service processes by assessing customer needs, meeting
- Company quality standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Develop processes and procedures to improve upon departments quality and efficiency
- Ability to take coaching and direction in a positive, productive and effective manner
