Remote UX/UI Designer

Job Description

A company based in San Francisco, CA is looking for a talented and creative Remote Web Designer to join their team! This company provides data security and compliance solutions, and this Designer will be responsible for maintaining the design, graphics and user experience for their customer and admin portal.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, produce wireframes and prototypes, maintain and update the asset library, and ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, balance multiple projects at one time, have strong communication skills, and have an eye for creating positive client experiences with attention to detail.

The pay range is $28-32 / hr depending on years and depth of experience.

Skills and Requirements

2-5+ years of web design experience, preferably in a tech or highly-regulated environment

Experience creating wireframes, visual comps and mocks, and maintaining an asset library

Ability to design, create, improve and refine complex experiences for end users

Ability to work cross-functionally to understand user needs and articulate design approach

Strong hands-on experience with Figma

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) - Knowledge of HTML / CSS and basic web development principles

Familiarity with UX / UI design principles and best practices null
