Production Manager

Job Description

As a Production Manager / Scheduler , you will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing processes and coordinating production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize resources to meet production targets efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for accurate centralized scheduling for installers
• Maintains staffing of employees to meet builder schedules
• Participate in local home builder associations to promote out company and develop builder relationships
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.
• Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
• Ensure compliance of OSHA and Company Safety policies and programs
• Build relationships with builders and meet with them on a quarterly basis.
• Responsible for the completion of each install completed by deadline.
• Communicates with branch manager, sales team to address any work order issues and provide progress reports per each job order
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in Construction / Project Management
• Associate's degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Hands on experience in residential construction, and knowledge of insulation field
• Proficient in Microsoft word products including word, excel and outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and able to make decisions
• Excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task
• Able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
