Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment located in Southwest Minnesota.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
- Oversee food preparation, inventory control, and ordering supplies
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Monitor financial performance by setting budgets and analyzing variances
Skills
- Experience in catering, casual dining, bartending, culinary, and food preparation
- Proficient in interviewing, staff training, and quick-service fast-food restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals
