Position Summary :
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be an essential part of our dynamic digital operations team. CSMs are primarily responsible for ensuring the success and optimization of digital advertising campaigns from conception to completion.
You will collaborate closely with sales, strategic, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that meet client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Digital campaign performance optimization to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Setting up tracking and installing pixels using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Assist in the setup and management of campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, SEO, display, geofencing, streaming video and audio, YouTube, and social media platforms like TikTok and Meta.
- Maintain campaign health through periodic monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
- Consult on ad creative concepts, contributing ideas for maximum impact.
- Generate performance reports and offer insights for campaign improvements.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting performance updates and strategy recommendations.
- Work in a team setting and autonomously, taking ownership and initiative in leading various projects.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role focused on digital advertising or media
- Familiarity with various digital advertising tactics / products.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
- Exceptional project and campaign management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A problem solver who takes initiative and is naturally curious.
- Ability to work well both in a team setting and autonomously.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
