Production Line Maintenance Mechanic
Basic Function :
The production line maintenance mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and quality control of production equipment and machinery.
This role requires a strong mechanical background and the ability to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate safety equipment
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical components and replace faulty parts
- Adjust and inspect machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Document and track maintenance activities
- Follow safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years' experience in maintenance of production equipment within a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and using precision measuring devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited standardization
- Basic mathematical skills
- Professional and responsible work ethic
