Construction Quality Control Manager

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor's degree with major in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in site safety supervisory role
- Experience supervising Mechanical, Electrical or Structural features of work preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of construction equipment, industry best practices, and expertise in interpreting scopes of work.
- Reviews subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure they align with the scope of work and comply with contract documents
- Supports Project Manager by coordinating all project-related activities with client and field team.
- Manages and updates various files, reports, and logs such as inspection records, labor reports, and weekly safety training documentation
- Operational knowledge of Trimble for tracking and managing project communications and documentation effectively, as well as other software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- CQM-C Certifications preferred
