The Executive Assistant position provides direct support to our President / CEO, helping ensure that the office runs efficiently and that the organization’s mission moves forward each day.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support exclusively to the President / CEO. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and independence, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and mission-driven, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
Salary range - $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant :
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements while maintaining confidentiality at all times.Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and external partners seeking to connect with the CEO.Prepare letters, reports, contracts, and other documents on behalf of the CEO and Board of Directors.Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of materials.Maintain organized electronic and paper files for all executive-level records.Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails, and forms as directed by the CEO.Assist with donor communications, scheduling, and appreciation efforts to support fundraising goals.Research and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO.Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring professional presentation and accuracy.Collaborate with temporary or short-term staff when needed to complete administrative projects.Requirements :
Skills and Qualifications for the Executive Assistant :
Minimum of three years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Skilled at managing complex scheduling and prioritizing competing demands.Comfortable communicating with donors, board members, and community partners.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Professional, adaptable, and mission-oriented mindset.Ready to Make a Difference?
