As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer at Miracle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology. You'll join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment that champions experimentation and iteration.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and success of products critical to enhancing clinical trial processes, contributing significantly to bringing new treatments to patients more quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Innovate : Work closely with customers to enhance our data ingestion pipelines and data orchestration layers, integrating multiple clinical trial data sources to extract actionable insights that optimize clinical trial management.
• Customer Engagement : Directly engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional support, and create solutions that genuinely address their pain points.
• Strategic Influence : Actively participate in product and technical discussions, offering insights that influence the company's strategic direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of software development experience, ideally within an early-stage startup environment.
• Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure and deployment, capable of quickly deploying full-stack applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop prototypes and iterate based on user feedback.
• Commitment to working from our San Francisco office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and proactively ask questions to understand user requirements.
• Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or a related field is highly advantageous.
